Hello my web host company is called I-power and they will not support Powered By X7 Chat 1.3.6B what so ever.  I am having a huge problem.

I notice that you have a new version why has I-power not upgraded yet?

Any how her is the problem..  We are just using 1 room called General chat. After 3 to 5 mins the members logged in lost disappears and it only display a contact icon and 0

When this happens X7 Chat 1.3.6B freezes and we can not log back in for 3 to 5 mins.  I have read all your docs. and all the messages in this forums. I performed all the suggestion still not working.

Aslo the Avatars are not showing up at all. Could this be due to ad blocker on my norton security  

Please advise..

The new version is still being tested, you can download and install the beta from here: http://x7chat.com/v2/ (http://x7chat.com/v2/).  It is likely to solve many of the issues you are having.

The avatars must already be uploaded to the internet, you have to enter a complete, valid URL (like http://forum.x7chat.com/style_images/1/logo4.gif) (http://forum.x7chat.com/style_images/1/logo4.gif)) in order for them to work.

For version 1 the only suggestions I can give you is hard coding a refresh rate, which you have probably tried.  When testing though wait an hour after hard coding the refresh rate since the MySql server limits you in queries per hour.
