Feature Requests - Point System and more

Hi,
what about these Features for X7Chat 3?

1. Point System:
- Counts Point up with Online-Time
- Gives new Rank and maybe new privileges

2. Call Operator
- SOS Button, where to insert a reason (in acp defined), a description (optional), and the user which is abusing the rules.

3. A warn function for operators
- Warns the user for "reason"
- In profile the count of  warnings is written with reason
- at X Warnings the user is autmatically kickbanned for X Minutes

I would like to see these features in X7Chat 3!

Why making suggestions if you're not going to use v3, because there is no more a db in use
And for the warning, we know your handling about warning and banning

I will use the x7 if its get these features .
