different colors for admins and mods

Admins should be red in color and moderators should be green.....to let users know who is who in chat

Actually, The colours should be able to be changed through the admin cp.

I think the colors should be up too the room owners.

i also really do hope they offer this in version 3,i have installed version 3 alpha and this is not included so please include it in the final release
