widget for Website to chat with visitors

I am using x7Chat 2 and I am really looking for an option for my website visitors to initiate a chat if I am online (logged in to x7chat). Example is a widget like "Chatback" from Google talk (http://www.google.com/talk/service/badge/New) . But Chatback has a limitation. It is only for anonymous users (Guest/visitors). It would also be helpful by emailing a chat link with a key so that I would know who am I chatting with.
