Requests for a community site

Hello, I am currently in the market to purchase a chat software for my soon to be community forum/chat site. I am choosing between your chat system and Tufat's FlashChat. Given that you provide your software for free I am contacting you in hopes that we can come to an agreement so that your chat system may get a bit more publicity and I can get as to what I want in a chat. Is there any way we could come to an agreement to have you make a modified package of your chat program to suit my needs?

What I would like :

Users to be restricted to be only allowed into one room at a time
Remove the invisibility button
expansion of the actual profile pages/containers ( the text boxes that people have to write in )
allowance of bbcode or html within the profiles

There may be a few other minor things but in order for me to be able to use your program I'd need to know how to make those things possible or have you provide me with a custom package that has those specs. Other than that your chat is the fastest and easiest chat to customize and use, and from the testing I've done with a few users they love it too.

Now because my site is a non profit/non pay-for site as well I cannot offer TOO much in the way of financial payment ( but that doesn't mean I cannot negotiate a deal ) but I can offer possibly server space , mirror hosting, or advertisement ( within reason ).
