This is for X7 Chat installed behind vBulletin V-3.7

Users, other than the admin group, disappear about 30 minutes after they log out.  They have to re-register to be able to get back into chat.

Searching doesn't find any topics about this issue.  Is this a normal function, and it so,  is there some parameter that I can set to stop this?
