Sorry.. my language is czech. English very very not good.

Hi,

my problem is settings encoding character font to mysql and PHP to my chat. Youre chat is encoding UTF-8. What settings to MySQL and PHP what is view to czech chat character font ěščřžýář.

My view char ěščřžýáí -> Ì?ÈØ?ÝÁÍÉì?èø?ýáíé

Very very please help deails configured config.php, MySQL and PHP for required czech font.
