maxuim number of users

every time i try to go in the chat room it say maxuim number of users but it is on a 100 can any body help me pleaseeeeee

There are several different places that max users can be set.  In the admin panel it can be set for max users in room and max users on server.  This is under the settings panel, make sure both are set high enough or set to 0.  The third place to check is in the room settings, this also has a max users in room option.  Make sure this field is set high enough, it may not be set to 0.

I have checked carefully and couldn't find those options. Can you help more concrete?

I tried to have a chat session last night and it would not allow more than two users in a room. I have the number of users set to unlimited in the admin control panel and I checked for a number of users setting in the room settings but, I only saw where you can either delete or expire a room, nothing about number of users? Can anyone help?

The user limit is in the settings panel for the room, in version 1 you can access this by clicking on the blue person image above the online list and selecting the Settings option from the drop down menu.

Well, I changed the number of users to fifty and everything seemed to be going along fine................then all of a sudden boom, vveryone in the chat(8 people) were dumped? We could not log back in? Help??
